Cant use services

I had paid all the credit and it shows paid as well, but i am still not able to avail the services. Does anyone know why?

    If your balance/invoice shows Paid but you still can’t use the paid features, the most common reasons are (a) the account is still in a suspended state from a past-due period and hasn’t fully reactivated yet, or (b) the payment is marked paid in one place but an invoice is still “Open”/processing in the billing portal.

    What to do:

    1. In the Zoom web portal, go to Plans and Billing and check:
      • Plan Management (make sure your subscription is active)
      • Invoice History / Payment History (confirm there are no remaining invoices marked Open and the payment is fully posted) 
    2. Sign out of Zoom (web portal and app), then sign back in, and restart the Zoom app. 
    3. If you paid very recently, wait a bit and re-check—sometimes it takes time for the payment status to fully propagate. If invoices still show Open, it may still be processing.
