Cannot reset password

Can anyone help me.

I have paid for my subscription 
Payment Method: PayPal
Payment Date: 01/02/2026

But i am unable to access my Zoom account.

 I have forgotten my password and anytime I ask it to send a code to reset the password when i click "Forgot Password" on the login screen,

no code is sent to my email 

Support won’t help me and the chatbot doesn’t do anything.

I have a series of meetings i desperately need to create

Can anyone help me :’(
