Cancelled Subscription - Still Getting Charged for Whiteboard

My heading says the issue. Please advise on how I can cancel whiteboard and receive refunds for the incorrect charges. Thanks.

I am  having the same issue - I have started receiving invoices for a monthly Whiteboard charge when I cancelled my paid subscription more than 6 months ago.
