Canceled Zoom 1 Pro, but still scheduled to be billed

I signed up for what I believed to be a month-to-month plan.  I canceled the plan however it says I will still be billed for this upcoming month.  I specifically chose a plan that didn't commit me to a full year.

Any insight on this?
