Hi,

 

I have a query...

My annual subscription has ended on October 23 2021, however, it is still show me a licensed account today, October 31 2021. I am little not sure, is the account still licensed or not.

You can go to https://zoom.us/billing/report to view your invoice or pay your bill which may give you more insight into your plan. As our billing team doesn't monitor the community for further questions you can contact them here
