Auto renewal

Dear Zoom.us

 

In India, our Reserve Bank of India has stopped auto renewal.  I want to avail renewal facility. My plan has completed in 12th February, 2022. How can I pay to Zoom at this moment?

 

Please help me.

Hi @dduttaroy, on October 1st, 2021 the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) e-mandate directive will be taking effect for recurring payments using India Bank Cards.

 

You may need to take action on verifying your card on file or pay your invoice using Zoom's PayNow link in order to keep your account in good standing.
