allow end users to manage their own subscription and billing

We no longer need an Admin to maintain the Zoom Billing/Plans. We want the end user to be able to spin up accounts as needed. However, they get a "No permission. (200)" error when trying to do so. What do I need to change on the Admin side? I think I need to assign a role... but what about new users... do I need to login to every new user and add a role?

Hi @craigry ,

Are you referring to sharing meeting licenses among multiple users? If so, please note that this is not permitted as per Zoom’s Terms of Service (section 1.2 Prohibition on Sharing). Assuming that all users within your account regularly require a paid license, you would need to purchase enough licenses to cover every user.

That said, please note that our system also limits license re-assignments and you might therefore run into the following error:

Zoom error code: “exceeded the limit of license assignment”
