after payment the "professional" tariff has not been updated and does not work

I paid the bill for 5 days already. The payment is visible in the personal account. But conferences are limited to 40 minutes. How to activate a new tariff? Why can't I use the paid pro plan?

Terribly sorry that you are experiencing this issue. Have you updated the user to the Pro plan in your Admin Portal => User Management => Users?
