Hi @joanp1 Unfortunately, we are unable to process this request through the Community; instead, please submit a Billing & Account Management ticket here for the best support!

 

Select Account Management for this Request Type, and Password Issue/Reset for the About. 

 

If i recall, I believe with so many failed password attempts theres a 30 minute time wait before attempting to signing back into the Zoom account.
