Adding a new user

Hi, I'm trying to add a new user to my account but am getting a pop up that says 'This email address cannot be added to this Zoom account'. I've not come across this before, has anyone else? Do I need to get my new user to change her email address?

There may be a limit to the number of users you can add to your paid account.
Do you have an extra paid license and are trying to add more users?
Or are you trying to add free users? If you are trying to add free users, are you trying to add more users than paid accounts?
