Account Management - subaccounts

My subscription has 4 sub accounts. 

Recently, my subscription expired because my credit card had expiired. 

I have since renewed it. However I found that my sub accounts are all still listed as  "basic" or "free". 

Questions: 

1. After my subscription was renewed and paid, why are the sub accounts not reflecting it? 

2. What do I have to do?
