Accidentally created educator account and toggled wrong age group

Hi, I accidentally created an educator account through my education organization’s email and accidentally toggled the under 13 group, and so it’s requiring me to fill out a DocuSign form. But the AI agent I messaged and called with said I would need someone on the Zoom side to actually remove/disable the under 13 option so I can confirm requirements and actual next steps with my organization. I’m currently signed into a personal account since I cannot access this other account at all.

Is there a way to remove/disable that under 13 option entirely? Thank you very much.
