Accidentally Clicked Educator Account and set up a fake Educator - HELP!

Most of the answers I see in the community for this problem and in the Knowledge Base and in Chatbot suggest that a ticket be created. I can’t submit a ticket because my plan doesn’t allow it. I got AI on the phone but my plan doesn’t allow me to talk to a live agent and AI couldn’t get to the account with the problem.

Here’s where I am: Once I clicked the Educator box, I just kept going - digging my hole deeper - I clicked the box for each of the ages so now I’m needing to give consent for Under 13. I gave a fake email and didn’t realize that Zoom would be reaching out to it. After I tried the Knowledge Base and Chatbot suggestions which didn’t resolve the issue, I changed the recipient to me. Now, I have the document to sign. I thought I would get into my account and then change the account information and take off Educator. However, I’m afraid because it’s my work email and because I would be lying on the document that I am an Educator. I don’t know what to do. If you say it is okay to lie and get into the account, will I be able to change from Educator? Everything else that I’ve been told hasn’t worked. (Remember I dug my hole deeper by saying I Educate Under 13 year olds.)

Please help me here because, again, I cannot submit a ticket with the Basic Plan. I need this account with that email because it is my work email and I Zoom for work. I can’t abandon it and use another account. And my email account is monitored so I can’t do too many emails about this issue or I will be penalized. I think you see the email account I’m using to send this message; this is my personal account and you can email me there.  Thank you so much!
