Abo_Lizenzverlängerung failed?

My subscription was automatically renewed at the end of 2022 with a charge on the credit card. I have not used Zoom so far and now had to realize that only the basics are stored in my Zoom account, i.e. a maximum of 40 minutes of chats. I do not understand, how can I change this?

Mein Abo wurde Ende 2022 automatisch verlängert mit Abbuchung auf der Kreditkarte. Ich habe Zoom bislang nicht genutzt und musste jetzt feststellen, dass in meinem Zoom Account nur die Basics hinterlegt sind, also maximal 40 Minuten Chats. Das verstehe ich nicht, wie kann ich das ändern?
