한달간 사용하려고 결제했는데 자동으로 매달 돈이 결제되고있는지 몰랐어요. 3월 한달만 사용했습니다.

4월.5월.6월분 결제 취소 부탁드립니다.

    We know unexpected charges or auto-renewals can be frustrating. For security and privacy reasons, refunds, cancellations, and billing changes cannot be handled in the Community.

     

    For account-specific help, start with the Zoom Virtual Agent, which can connect you to Billing Support. Charges are usually non-refundable once processed, per Zoom’s Terms of Service.
