hello.

A payment was made to my Zoom account a few hours ago, but i am not currently using the service.
I would like to request a refund for this recent charge. 

Please process the refund to same payment method used for this transaction.

zoom 결제 카드 취소를 전에도 없애려고 시도했었으나, 취소하는 것이 어렵게 느껴져 완료하지 못 했어요 
다시 사용이 가능할 때 정기결제를 다시 하고자하니 잘 못 결제된 카드결제는 취소처리 부탁드립니다.

    Hello,

    I recently noticed a payment charged to my Zoom account a few hours ago, but I am not currently using the service. I would like to request a refund for this recent charge.

    Please process the refund back to the same payment method used for the transaction.

    I had previously tried to cancel the Zoom card payment/subscription, but the cancellation process felt difficult and I was unable to complete it successfully. I plan to subscribe again in the future when I need the service, so I kindly ask that this accidental charge be refunded.
