Settings: AI Companion

I want to turn on meeting summaries but the option says the item is locked by the admin.  I AM the admin.

 

How do I get out of this Catch 22 please?

Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Settings.
Click the AI Companion tab.
Under Meeting, click the Meeting Summary with AI Companion toggle to enable or disable it.
Can explore more option by click on lock option.

There is only one account, mine.  If there's another account I don't know of it.
