Meeting Summary was not generated due to insufficient transcript. Next steps were not generated

Same issue.  It worked fine for all my meetings, except the one yesterday. As I’ve read on in the remarks, it seems other people have had this same issue.  I assume it’s a technical failure  at the zoom end.

I’m going to go through CUSTOMER SERVICE to get an answer

I also just started to experience this error. The disappointment is not seeing a ZOOM rep telling us what is wrong or that it is being worked on when this post is 1 year old.  This is exactly how Microsoft takes market share when the smaller software providers can’t be trusted with things like valuable notes from important meetings...
