language interpretation is not working

Hi 

 

I have tried to setup the language interpretation option on Zoom, I have a pro account and when I enable language interpretation I cannot hear from the other party, any way to resolve this matter?

Just to set your expectations: when the interpreter is speaking, the original speaker's volume is lowered to ensure that listeners can hear the chosen interpreter clearly and comprehensively. You can find more details in this article.
