Is AI Companion HIPPA Compliant?

The subject is pretty self-explanatory. I'm a psychotherapist. I'm considering using AI Companion to summarize sessions for my notes. Do user sessions get used in training the AI?

Also, Zoom does not use customer audio, video, chat, screen sharing, attachments, etc. to train the AI model.

Hello Bri,

Something I would like to confirm is where Zoom AI Companion processes the data. If I'm currently using a Zoom Healthcare account for Canada, does that mean the AI Companion is processing the data in Canada as well?

    I saw this on the web: "Zoom can be made HIPAA compliant for AI use by first signing a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and configuring specific settings, which ensures data privacy and security."

     

    Does Zoom have a BAA?
