    Just wanted to update this thread and @feisworld1 directly that using the AI Companion feature no longer requires the meeting be scheduled or with a random meeting ID. 

    You can now use it with instant meetings, your PMI, and scheduled meetings!

        Hi Bri, I'm a paid Zoom user but I do not see the Zoom AI companion feature enabled yet. I looked through the in-meeting control. The only part available is the AI meeting summary. 

         

        I checked the whiteboard, nothing there either. 

         

        When will this feature be released? Ps: I did check zoom.us ( under advanced settings, everything for AI is turned on)

        I have the same issue, AI Companion does not show on my meetings with it enabled.

        Hey @JBianco welcome to the community! I would first as the Admin with the permissions to edit or Account Owner to check the Account Settings for "AI Companion" to ensure that these features are enabled. You can find those Account settings at https://zoom.us/account/setting

         

        If something is locked and/or disabled or enabled at the account settings level, these settings will then be defaulted at the Profile settings level https://zoom.us/profile/setting

        Hi there! From my side, these features are all enabled, but I still don't see AI Companion.

        hi bri,

        i am trying to create a message using team chat compose with ai companion.  i can not find ai companion icon.

         

        i have zoom windows client 5.15.12 installed on lenova windows 11 desktop.

        windows 11 ver 22h2 with 2023-09 cumlative update and .net 3.5 and 4.8.1 cumlative update 

        i enabled compose with zoom ai companion.

        i signed out and back in.

        So I have a different issue. A few weeks ago I found it in settings on the web portal and activated it. I used it for 2 meetings. Earlier this week I noticed that it disappeared from the app and now I can't even find anywhere in the web portal. Double checked my plan and I am Zoom One Pro. Any one out there know what's going on?

        Hi @cv8950 

        Not sure what would cause what you've described, but I would suggest the following steps: 

        • Check for updates
          • Although I am not aware of any changes for the min version to use AI Companion features, its generally best to stay on the latest version available with how fast we are releasing these features. 
        • Sign-out and back in
          • Sometimes with changes to the web portal (as we just did this weekend with moving the AI Companion settings to their own tab), the client can get out of sync with your account on the web portal. A quick sign-out and back in on the Zoom app can often fix this. 
        • If you are trying to use AI Companion to ask questions about the meeting, make sure its a scheduled meeting not using your PMI. Instant meetings and meetings scheduled with your PMI will not allow the AI Companion option to appear in the live meeting.

          Unfortunately still no luck. Even did a search on the web portal (personal and Admin section) for AI. Personal finds nothing and the admin section only pulls up Live transcript.

            A quick question for the team - is there a way to keep track of the prompts as tied to the generated output, specifically in chat. We are working on AI policy and are trying to make this an ask of all vendors we lean on that have Generative AI baked in. Ideally a section in the admin to allow us to search gen AI prompts and results by user.
