It would be great if we had option for, the summary report to be written in the first person for the Host (instead of using the Host's name).

Who can I submit my suggestion(s) to and where?

Shaun does not think this is a good option, lol. As a matter of fact, proper communication for business it is recommended to never use first person POV since it is not always guaranteed the audience will know who the first person POV is either in that moment or at a later date. By speaking in the third person all parties are akin to who is speaking at all times. The purpose of communication is to create understanding and third person POV creates that. I remember in my Communications class in grad school many years ago we had to write in the third person for all assignments to convey the importance of this concept. There is a lot less chance for misunderstanding if I use Shaun instead of 'I' and months from now someone is reading a statement and they do not know who the 'I' is. Just my thoughts.
