AI Transcripts of non-recorded meetings

Hello!

Is it possible to access full transcripts from zoom calls after the call has ended without recording the calls themselves?

I'm aware of the closed caption feature (but this transcript doesn't seem to persist after the call) and am aware of the ability to access a transcript of a call if it is recorded, but am wondering if it's possible to have access to the transcript of a call without needing to record it. And specifically I'm looking for a HIPAA compliant solution.
