AI Companion SUDDENLY NOT WORKING

September 30th: AI Companion worked with no issues all month.
October 1st: it stopped working completely.

It shows as “on,” I’m on a paid plan, and everything looks correct — but it’s not triggering summaries at all. I’ve already lost 4 meeting summaries.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Mine are not working either.  I have tried to reach out to zoom with no luck.

Same here. It is still not working and quite frustrating given that it's a feature we pay for.

I have the same problem and no one at Zoom seems to care. Terrible customer service.

I have the same problem. the last 2 meeting did not record with AI. Can anyone help?
