AI Companion meeting Summary

I am trying to turn on the meeting summary in AI companion, but on my account settings it says 'locked by admin' i did not have the function to turn it on during the meeting. Zoom help is not helping, can anyone guide me as to why this is?

Hi @SarahDN thank you for posting for the first time and welcome to the Zoom Community!

 

This means that an account admin has locked this for all users in the account. You would need to reach out to your account owner to enable AIC.

I am the owner of the Zoom subscription and I have the same problem.  I assume I am the administrator but have no idea how this was blocked or how to fix it. Could you provide instructions?
