Based on what you provided, its difficult to say for sure why this happened @roasterboy .  However, this is possible if an action item was mentioned and referenced to an owner not in the meeting.  For example, if the transcript included something like "Bob Smith needs to approve XYZ before we can move forward", that task would likely show up as an action item from the meeting transcript. 

There are a few ways to find out more about the meeting, even after the meeting is over.

1. You can review the transcript to see if you can find any mention of the individual or the task that was assigned. 
2. Another great way to do this is to convert the meeting summary to a Zoom Doc, and just ask AI more about that task and its owner. 
3. Or in the side panel, can you reference the meeting and ask questions as well.
