Designating specific users to be able to reserve a desk.

Hello there, 

I was wondering if there was a way to have it so only a select group of users would be able to reserve a specific desk. 

Looking through, I see there is an option to do this at the floor level but that would make it so the other desks on the same floor would not be able to be reserved by other users. 

Would appreciate help verifying that there isn't a way to do this (or there is)
