whiteboard setup lost when in meeting

I've now set up three whiteboards with my own pre-prepared content for use within an upcoming workshop within the web-browser but when I go into a zoom meeting to trial them, all the formatting has disappeared leaving the items floating around the space and the table that was formerly there has disappeared. It's time consuming to redo the formatting that I already did.

Does anyone have any experience with this? Or any fixes?

I'm having the same issues here, yk3. I've spent hours trying to figure this out. Wondering if the Whiteboard option was a big WASTE OF TIME!!! SO FRUSTRATING!!!

I have the same issue. Which settings? I have it set so all participants can share and edit, however, I am trying to set up content for a meeting and so far I am the only one in the meeting
