안녕하세요?

최근 zoom프로 연간 및 웨비나 결제를 하였습니다.

다만 웨비나 기능이 3월 기간에만 필요했는데 매월 구독으로 금일 

갱신 결제 됐음을 알았습니다.

웨비나 구독 취소는 하였으나 환불처리가 필요하여 요청드립니다.

    For security and privacy reasons, refunds, cancellations, and billing changes can’t be handled in the Community. Please refer to our article on canceling subscriptions and unexpected charges.
