Question

Zoom Webinars/Salesforce Integration

We have integrated Zoom Webinars in Salesforce so all registrants from a Zoom Webinar are automatically tracked as a campaign member in Salesforce which is great (name and email).

If we are requiring phone and job title on our Zoom Webinar registration form, how can we get those fields to track in Salesforce as well?

Thank you!

    @kmiller123 Unfortunately those additional fields are not getting tracked in Salesforce at the moment but you can certainly request this feature by visiting our Zoom Feedback form, which is the official way to share any feedback or feature requests with the Zoom team.

    @kmiller123 We have successfully pulled the other fields onto the Lead / Campaign Member including (Phone, Title, City, State, Country)  If you need any help, let us know.

    @Cloud113 @Cloud113_TM  That's great to know.

    If you don't mind, would you kindly please share the steps to make those fields available in Salesforce to help other community members looking for the same solution?

    Thanks

    There are solutions available on the AppExchange like ZFusion that can automatically capture both the standardized questions, like Job, Title etc,  and the customs questions, like 'Where did you hear about us?' directly into your Salesforce. Once installed, those data points from the registration will automatically flow directly into Salesforce without any need for configuration.

    Hi, all, @kmiller123 @zac2021

    What was the solution to this problem? I'm also having issues mapping zoom webinar fields into Salesforce. Did you create a flow to capture the fields?

    Hi All, @D_ESOR

    If you use the ZFusion integration for Salesforce, no mapping is required.

    All relevant data like Phone, Title, City, State etc. will automatically be mapped into Salesforce as well as the custom registration questions and join/leave times.

    You can try it out by downloading it from the Salesforce AppExchange here

    I believe this will help you solve the requirement out of the box.

    @ZFusion  Can you also pass data on whether a registrant attended or missed a webinar they registered for?

    We would love this feature for salesforce integration but have discovered it is only possible with many hours of customer coding.  It is great to see who has registered but would love to track who is attending.

    @jm10

    Absolutely,  ZFusion will automatically review attendees after the webinar ends and update join, leave times and duration on the Registration record in Salesforce.
