Webinar Registration - Removing Last Name Field

When setting up registration for a webinar, I see where the last name field can be made optional. However, is there a way to remove the last name field entirely so that it does not even show up on the registration page?

I appreciate any help you can provide.

    Hey there,

    this is by design. When setting up a Webinar with Registration the First/Last Name and Email Address will always be required.

    where do you DISABLE "Last Name" for Zoom registration?

    1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
    2. In the navigation menu, click Webinars.
    3. Click the topic of the webinar that you want to customize.
    4. Scroll down to the Invitations tab.
    5. In the Registration Settings section, click Edit on the right side.
      The Registration window will appear.
    6. Go to the Questions tab.
    7. Uncheck the Required option for the last name field.
    8. Now, click on Save All.
