My panelist is not receiving their invitation from Zoom. Is there a way to manually send them their unique invitation?

    Welcome to the Zoom Community, @UKGCC.

     

    Unfortunately, the most common causes of this issue are:

    1. Whoever entered the Panelist into the form or the CSV file mistyped the Panelist's Email address.
    2. The Panelist gave an email address they don't normally use.
    3. The Panelists Email address was copy/pasted incorrectly by someone before it got to you, and you pasted in what seemed like a good email address, but it wasn't.

    The only way around this is to copy the Panelist information from the Webinar -> Invitations -> Invite Panelists -> Edit button:

    Then:

    Check the email address on this form.  You can try to Resend, but if you've already sent it and they didn't get it, don't count on this to work.

     

    Click Copy.  Open up a new email in your email program, put the correct email address in the To field (I highly recommend NOT copying from this form; we know the email is probably bad), then paste in the copied information.

     

    DO NOT send this same Panelist Join link to anyone other than the person for whom the link is generated.  Sending the same link to other people will mess things up.
