zoom connection to camera

zoom keeps telling me to make sure that my camera is on and connected to my computer, it is on for sure but apparently not connected, this is a new problem over the past week, I've gone into my settings and the camera is definitely on...

      Hi @gates5280! What device type of computer are you using? Also, are you using your internal camera or an external camera?

        Greetings. I'm having the same issue. This started after the most current update to Zoom. I'm on Windows 10, Alienware laptop, internal camera.

        Me too keep getting error message that zoom cant connect camera choose another one,,used both internal and external.. when going into computer camera settings, computer says camera is in use,
