an  upgrade is 50% complete and will not respond to anything I do to either delete it or have it complete

    Hi lwilson4,

    That's frustrating! My best guess is perhaps a system requirement issue. Are you able to restart your computer? I recommend ensuring that your computer meets system requirements first and install any system updates that may be available. Once done, uninstall and download Zoom again for a fresh start.
