Please try to do the workaround below:

1. Open Zoom client and Quit from the Zoom menu.

2. Open Terminal

3. Type: cd "Library/Application Support/zoom.us"

4. Type: rm -rf data and hit enter:

5. Reinstall Zoom client: zoom.us/downloads

This should clear out any dirty data on the current profile. P

The next troubleshooting step I have is:

1. Open Terminal

2. copy and paste the following command:

sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder; sleep 2

3. Restart Mac

4. Try again

I used the second way and it works!!!!

Zoom Agent told me these two ways. I tried the second one and it worked on Mac.
