Poll Not Showing or Launching in Zoom Webinar

Hi everyone,

I’m currently experiencing an issue in Zoom where webinar polls do not show after joining. After restarting a few times, the poll may appear but cannot be launched, and sometimes it shows as blank or white when launched.

Has anyone encountered this recently or found a solution? I would really appreciate any guidance. Thank you.

You may also want to check they are enabled
Are you making the polls before you run the webinar.
