MY PAID ACCOUNT SUDDENLY CONVERTED AS BASIC

Why is my paid account suddenly converted as Basic. We just paid last March 12, 2022 good for 1 year subscription.

How to fix this?

    me too,  i paid in 18 July , at 10 August suddenly change come basic, please fix and answer what should i do.  cause i want to use for teaching.
