In Chrome, I cannot access any Zoom recordings

In Chrome, I cannot access any Zoom recordings-it works fine in another browser though but I am stuck having to use Chrome.  any ideas?

    I almost forgot-have cleared the cache in Chrome

    Hello @patrickmoore194

     

     Try this. Go into your Zoom Desktop Application settings > Go to your recordings tab > check your local hard drive location to see if your recordings are there, or click on manage recordings and see if that button takes you to your cloud recordings.  Screenshot below.
