Hello @mona173,

Welcome to the Zoom Community!

I understand how frustrating it is to lose access to your recordings. Zoom requires an active Pro subscription to access cloud recordings, so once it expires, access is temporarily disabled.

Renewing your Pro plan will restore access and allow you to download your recordings. I know it can feel costly, but this is currently the only way to retrieve files from Zoom’s cloud.

Thank you for your understanding.

Hi @mona173,

Cloud recordings are only accessible while your paid subscription (e.g., Pro, Business, or Education) is active. Once your plan expires, you will not be able to view or download your recordings.
The good news is that your recordings are not deleted — they remain stored on Zoom’s servers. To regain access, you’ll need to resubscribe to a paid plan. The recommended approach is to purchase a monthly plan, download all of your recordings to your local device, and then cancel the subscription if you no longer need it.
Unfortunately, Zoom does not currently offer temporary or short-term access just for a few days.
Hope this clarifies!
