I have three documents, Word and PDF.  How do I upload those into my zoom meeting so they are available to everyone at the meeting?

Hello, @Dianne Thorington! Welcome to the Zoom Community!
You have a couple of easy options here, depending on whether you want participants to have the files or simply view them during the meeting.

    1. Send the files through in-meeting chat

If you want participants to have their own copy of the Word or PDF files, you can send them directly through the meeting chat.

While you're in the meeting, open 'Chat' and click the file icon. From there, select the file you want to share and choose who you'd like to have access to it. Once it's sent, participants can open the file from the chat.

This is the better option if you want everyone to be able to keep the documents and refer back to them later.

    2. Share a file during the meeting

If you want to go through the documents together, you can share the file during the meeting instead.

Click 'Share Screen', then select the 'Files' tab. Choose the document you want to present and start sharing. Participants will be able to view the document while you walk them through it.

If you need a little more guidance, this article walks through both file-sharing options step by step and should help you get everything set up for your meeting.
