Hi, Is there any documentation on what Hot Desk for Zoom Rooms is? Does is allow any one to host/join a meeting using their own account? Is it compatible with Poly X series devices? Thanks!

Hi, I am configuring a Poly X30 for our CEO. His calendar is not a room resource, the way the calendars for our conference rooms are. What is the best approach to allow him to use the X30 with his Zoom Account and/or calendar? Thanks

There are no direct download and installation paths for the Poly Studio X devices, unfortunately.

Thanks @Ohkawa. So it seems the Hot Desk option I am seeing in Zoom Rooms is part of a larger set of features that have not rolled out yet, and is not related to traditional phone Hot Desk.

I am trying to do this on a Poly X30. However, our organization uses SSO, and there is no option to sign in with SSO on the Zoom Rooms app on the TC8. Only email and password.
