Users that I allow to share a screen and a whiteboard manage to upload the whiteboard but are unable to write on it

Hey @kfirtshuva, while in-meeting within the 'Security' tab ensure that 'annotate on shared content' is enabled.

Let me know after checking the option to see if your participant is able to annotate.
