whiteboard the written text shifts when the whiteboard is shared with me

Hi,

I am experiencing an issue with a whiteboard. When I share a whiteboard with attendees and they try to write something on the board the letters move. I have to stop and start sharing to fix this issue. Can someone help me, please?
