Zoom Room Whiteboard (New) not loading

Hello, I'm trying to open the Zoom Room Whiteboard (New) for a Zoom Room Touch and I'm getting the error: "Couldn't Load Whiteboard - connections error code 100000401". See attached picture as well.Image (2).jfif

The classic whiteboard is opening and working fine. Any help or tips on how to addressed this issue will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hello,

 

If you receive error code 100000404, this means that either a server maintenance activity or proxy server issue is causing connectivity issues.

Check your firewall and proxy settings.
