How many people can use a Whiteboard at once?

Hi @vellis, I don't believe there are limitations to how many users can use the whiteboard. As long as the host has given annotation permissions to all participants everyone should be able to use the whiteboard, as far as I know. 😀

Hi! Zoom Team, Can we have more than one participants annotating on the whiteboard at the same time , with each participant cannot see what others are annotating , and the individual participant annotations are visible to host in grid view.

No, when participants are annotating on a whiteboard, everyone can see everyone else's annotations. There is no way currently to hide other's annotations.
You might look into Focus mode, which will get you closer to what you are wanting.

Hi RN. I did a trial with my team, and Zoom Whiteboard was limited to 8 participants editing it at the same time. Do you know why is that happening? Could this be a licensing matter?
Thank you for your help.
