Whiteboard turning black and the annotation disappears

Recently I have been having issues when sharing whiteboard. It works fine as long as I don't switch between different screens (such as browser window, pdf file etc) Once I switch, the whiteboard turns black and anything that is annotated disappears. Any suggestions?
