Whiteboard launching on non-touch display

Hi Zoom Community,

 

I have a problem with zoom room whiteboard which is starting on non-touch screen.

The setup is configured with:

-Computer  HP Elite Tower 600 G9 Desktop PC (Win11 24H2) with installed zoom room 6.5.6 (6405) , 64bit version
-2 TV Sony.

-1 Interactive touch screen Iiyama.


I tried to change display configuration in Windows settings but it's look like zoom forcing to set Sony TV as main display. In the zoom admin panel i can't found any option to make Iiyama screen as a main screen or whiteboard screen.

I physically switched the HDMI cables in computer but with no result.

 

Is it possible to launch whiteboard on specified display ? 

Maybe somebody had similar problem ?

    I understand your request: show whiteboard on touch screen.

    If previous solution is not working, you can also try this setting on zoom room app, it might be helpful.

     

     

    If previous solution is not working, try to disable this setting in web portal

    Room Management -> Zoom Room -> Select a Room -> Edit -> Display -> Disable "Allow shared content on non-touch displays connected to Zoom Rooms for Touch systems" (in picture)
