Whiteboard activates but clients cannot see what is on it.

Hi @Mindsmith could you please confirm which version of Zoom you're referring to when you say the Zoom whiteboard isn't writing down information for your participants? Looking at past support cases, I am not seeing any issues around this thus far.

I do have the same issue today. Many of the participants not able to see what I'm sharing.

Having the same issue when I uploaded a pdf to a whiteboard.  Shared whiteboard but pdf was not seen by participants.
