Whiteboard Snap-to-Grid

We collaborate using a Zoom whiteboard, that has lots of small objects that we use to drag and drop into lists.  It never consistently snaps to grid correctly, resulting in a messy looking board.  Sometimes it will, but other times no matter how little you try to move them they never align.   Anyone know a way to either turn off the snap-to-grid, or to get the objects to align correctly?

We can disable snap-to-grid feature by this way. Uncheck it.

How to get the objects to align correctly?

The best way is to use align or distribute feature if there are lots of shapes.

when I click on the arrow, no menu pops up. 
Has the locaiton of the Menu changed?
