Whiteboard AI problem (Zoom AI Companion)

I can't use AI on the Zoom whiteboard I created before becoming a premium user. It says upgrade your plan. I upgraded my plan today 🙂 I can use AI on documents but I still can't use it on whiteboards. It still says upgrade your plan for whiteboards. And it doesn't use AI on the new ones I create either. Locked!

Hi @ceng74 ,

Wondering could you use other Pro whiteboard feature. for example, private mode? Just want to check if all pro features are disenabled for your whiteboard or only AI.
